Samsung does use 4gb module for note 3, but the available ram is 2833MB.

why not? you can use a monochrome phone instead if you hate phones with high spec...it's cheap and has nothing to troll about...

p.s. 3 GHz speed is well neigh impossible these days, though the HTC One max might be able to clock up to 2.3 GHz, and 4 GB of RAM..what the hell do you need so much power for anyway!!!

I think note 3 have 2GB RAM
