Nokia hardly make a dent in the smartphone market, but they are king of feature phones (Asha and basic phones for developing countries), so that does not count.
smartphone-wise, Samsung leads, too many members of the Galaxy series, but phone-by-phone model, iPhone still leads.

Actually its more healthy when we have a few brands on tie. Sony, LG, HTC and Motorola seem to be slowly gaining market share, which isn't bad news at all. I am jumping ship, for once, to Sony Xpertia Z Ultra. These smaller players are churning out really good phones as of late, which should be putting them back to the game.
