    However
"As you can see customer's demands reflect the weakness of android:

    1. CPU / GPU
    2. Giant Batteries

From the above, you can conclude 2 things:
    1. Android lags, thus customer prefer to have faster and faster CPU to hide the shame of android LAG.
    2. Android drain battery, thus customer need bigger and larger phones with giant battery to offset the drain."

    This is heavily exaggerated

            Note I - 1GB RAM, Dual Core.
Note II - 2GB RAM, Quad Core.
Note III - 3GB RAM, Octa Core.
Note IV - 4GB RAM, Hexa Core.

as iteration increases, all hardware specs increasing, yet giving the same performance of its predecessors!!

As always,Samsung tests many models but finally releases the cheapest model to the market.so it's surely plastic made again, without flexible oled.

I didnt say iOS and WP "never" lag as im not a fanboy of "any" of this non practical mobile OS.
Did I say IoS never lag? Did I?Did I??

The real issue is UI customization from each manufacturer added the cancer cell to LAG problem.Yes.the UI give visual interaction and more graphical styling of control but it doesnt use the
                resources in efficient way.
Sofware programming skill for minimal hardware resources is really lacking from OS designer/Engineer.

This mobile tech still new and young to mature compare to x86 pc OS(like window/UNIX/Mac/) which is already
                establish around 35-40 years.

Endless mountains of IOS and WP fanboys going around claiming that IOS and WP never lag, never crash, never have screw ups, and pretty much that they are nearly perfect. While going around to every samsung and android page to say samsung worst this copy that and claim only android lags and exaggerate its lags to extreme ends.

AnonD-109744, 29 Jul 2013Yes the "LAG" is obviously happen as what we see ... moreIt's not that they are denying it, it's that they are not bothered by it. IOS has it's share of problems too, at least for me. Everyone encounter problems depending on usage, my friend switched from IOS to S3 and she said it's so much better and she can't go back now but there are other's that Android just don't do it for them.

Just get the damm phone that's suitable for you and move on.

As you can see customer's demands reflect the weakness of android:

                            1. CPU / GPU
                            2. Giant Batteries

From the above, you can conclude 2 things:
                            1. Android lags, thus customer prefer to have faster and faster CPU to hide the shame of android LAG.
                            2. Android drain battery, thus customer need bigger and larger phones with giant battery to offset the drain.

Both those above push the storage demand to third place, as it is not an primary issue. (in fact will hinder battery and lag.. as more applications = more lag and drain)

But the fact is even both are increased to the limit of current technologies, it still cannot compete with other OS that uses half the hardware capabilities.

Once people understand this.. they will realise gd CPU/Battery on android is not as important, and move to demanding more storage instead.

Waiting for Note 3! Expect it to have at least 3700mAh battery. Note 1 2500mAh , Note 2 3100mAh and Note 3 at least 3700mAh+. Samsung please use Li-polymer batteries.
Li-ion have less no of usage cycles compared to Li-polymer.

Some android apps is not properly close in the main system cache even you kill/force the app to close.

Pushing the cpu clock to 3 ghz/3gb ram not going solve the problem permanently.
