Did you know NFC just start your connection, the REAL transfer still uses BT/D-Wifi?.. thats why they give a name call "android beam"
Try transfer everything via JUST NFC will take u weeks!.. all android fanboys are blinded by specs and only know gimmick stuff and ill informed stuff.. Still use microsd slot to move files around without any other knowledge.
Company like Sony and Samsung are taking advantage of you! Laughing "haha so easy to cheat fanboys.. just add gimmick features and they will be happy.." Lets bloat the phone to massive size.. no design consideration, just put put all tech.. no need to think.. give them life support slots so they happy no need internal storage.

Sony is following Samsung's stupid footsteps.
Same designs what's the point of buying a super high priced phone if it can't be flaunted.
Eg . people see my galaxy s4 and ask is it galaxy grand it hurts :(
Same in honami case looks same as xperia z.

You are defending even what can't be defend. Water proof on phone are not like does in 2008. Moto Defy, Galaxy S4 Active, Even Xperia Z did well.
This is to much and I don't like it. Them I'm an hater? Right? But Between the Xperia Z and GS4 A in my opinion the best design is the Sony Xperia Z that was a good job!
So, no matter how much hater people are, the can't be bashing something which is good. As hater like always to bash as blind fanboy like you try to defend the ugly phone. I'm not a Sony fan but if I was I could go for the Xperia Z Ultra which is much pretty or if not one of the best looking phone.

With ZL being the smaller five inch phone of this class, Sony had proovedbthat can deliver on dimensions if needed, we have yet to see the xperia mini succesor though, because only Sony can make such a small and powerful mobile.
At any case, the extra basel is mandatory to keerp the mobile air sealed in order to become waterand dust proof and for the enhanced chasis, in order to shutterproof as well, none other offers such power and resistance in such a small frame, so actually Sony should be commended for the overall size!

And here sony have to "use" thick bezels old cavemen way to handle this!
And to have cavemen sdslots and BT transfer to resolve issues.
Stick with your Windows XP old tech phones. And i though Android/Sony is the innovative and advance.. but in fact is for old men and old tech.
