Now LAVA is also a good brand.. Because i am using iris 504 q it is a really awesome phone. It also give us every type of features like samsung, Nokia , HTC etc. Means the main features is COMPASS and headphone output is really nice. Which facility was not given by MMX.

Try this no for sure as per the report 2.1 Million Smart Phones in 3 months avg Price assumption Rs 6500 - Its 1365 Crores in 3 months. Now who has the money Huh !!!

Surely this is tough time for Samsung. But I think Micromax should improve their after sales service & other things too. They must reach the customers. Today if you go to any shop you will definitely find Samsung there. So why Micromax CANnot? If you ask for Micromax Canvas HD, the salesmen suggest you GALAXY Grand. Why is it so? Has anyone ever studied that? No! This is because Samsung has created a trust in peoples' mind about pricing as well as quality. Micromax should employ their best marketing strategies & definitely they will take over Samsung. But I really hate one thing about MMX. They copy the phones LITERALLY. Just see the side by side comparison by searching for Canvas Doodle 2 & Blue Life Phone. Looks, specs, every single thing EXACTLY same! How come? Has innovation dried at MMX? And you brag on your price tag? Let me tell you it is you who had assured people while launching Canvas HD that they will get everything at Rs. 15k and now the same company is asking Rs. 3k more for almost same things, except for 13MP camera in Canvas 4? And by the way why Canvas "4"? Why not some other thing? Why 13MP only? Why not some other resolution? These signs clearly indicate that just because GALAXY S4 is having 13MP camera & it is S"4", MMX is just copying everything, right from pop up play to turn over to mute! I hate COMPLETE copy paste. Just one or two features are okay but you are copying the whole thing? NO WAY! Just search for Canvas Doodle 2 & Blue Life Phone (I don't remember exact name of the latter). If MMX improves these things by bringing quality to their products while retaining the existing price, I am sure that they will overtake Samsung. And if they really do some very good quality stuff at affordable price, though I am a Grand owner, I will change my preference!

I'm using Micromax A90s from 10 months now. No problem whatsoever. I remember how much my friends had laughed when i told them that i'm going for a Micromax phone. They all laughed back then but stunned once i showed them the real deal. They all appreciated the quality of phone and told me some things aside, it's as good as the SII itself. Difference is... it comes only at fraction of SII's price lol . I was happy for my choice then. 10 months now.. all those rumors about 6 months life of Mmx phones too have been proved wrong. For me at least. Awesome company MMX. No wonder they have reached so far this early. Nothing wrong with rebranding either as soon as they are keeping the price appropriate which I think they do have kept so far at least.
A90s is an awesome phone. Even after almost an year of launch, it still goes as the only available affordable Amoled in the market.. . so hell yeah.. MMX rocks.

Micromax is for HINDI market only it is not for everybody, thats why it takes over HINDI market, local version of china phone.

what survey is this ... i have a canvas hd.. but every third person i see has a samsung handset ... micromax is ok to play around for 6-7 months .. lack of quality .. it does not have a big r&d department .. no updates ..

samsung should have3.5-3.7 inch screen in low cost android phones. also atleast 8 gb user available internal memory and better battery life. they have good features but small screen and low memory in low cost phones

Nokia still the best. Highest quality products that Micromax, Karbonn and Samsung can never match. Long live Nokia!
