Sent it back to nokia care till now not get it back. WP was great but nokia care people suck. Likely after sales service was too bad at nokia side. Not to promote the microsoft but its the truth.
Should be its why nokia didn't implement android to their hardware because of the stability issue that till now their r&d people can't solve it. Test run fail.

Well done Blackberry at least you are UPGRADING your Phones with improved Specifications; Screen size CPU Battery Camera etc not as a certain manufacturer who ONLY placed a finger scanner that am sorry for the Americans when the FBI CIA etc get hold of it hahahahaha I wonder if GSM Arena will send me one when its released sadly though an disappointed its irremovable battery

Nothing better than some anonymous comment from random android fan. Bugs? Random reboots? Unfinished? Slow apps start? Please try harder next time. And to finish with one more thing - Apps apps apps mantra is getting boring. I've got all I need on it. You clearly have no clue what you're talking about. Go back to your Android if you want but don't spread wrong info. And just to annoy you, I can run your android apps on my z10, even the ones that you will probably mention as missing ones. Does it hurt? Funny people around.

Look how fast the iOS is the Chipset is just a dual core .....its not the CPU that matters but the GPU that is what the Devs can use quad core this octa core that come on lol that just means more strain on the battery.

People always criticise something they never try. BB10 is the best OS I've ever seen. BB10 is the only OS I know that is in major components of the world. Components like speed train, nuclear plants, navigation systems, company and government servers, Security, and etc. And thanks to BB10 being able to transfer android and iOS apps into their ecosystems has made Blackberry World able to have over 250,000 apps. And for a Software like this in Blackberry smartphone that is amazing. BB Z30 is beautiful and can't wait to get my hands on one. #ICHOOSEBLACKBERRY10.

Blackberry phones were renowned for the QWERTY keyboard, which I really like because I find it very useful for sending emails. Unfortunately, Z30 doesn´t have this feature and I think it is a great loss. Blackberry Z30 can´t really compete with touch screen phones like Samsung Galaxy S4:

I m using wp7, wp8, symbian, BB and android, it seem the android os still far behind from this 3 os. Maybe u and some of the android fan didn't know about the hardware and software need to be match before releasing new update because of the stability. Software need to be test a month or a year before releasing new update. U didn't even know about it, just like to shoot a bullet everywhere u want. Should be u r just use the phone to chat, fb, whtapp, twtr, call in or out, sms, mms, gaming n surf the net. That why u like to blame anyone here and also developers if anything happen to ur phone. Soooooo lazy. BB still the best and stable os from my side. They work hard to make and release their new product to the end user and still want to be 1 of the market leader on business side.

That's not enough for Blackberry, I don't know why Blackberry CEO and team is launching old technologies even when company is about to die.
1. Full HD world they are launching device with half HD (720)
2. 469 ppi on HTC One vs just 290 ppi for BB, even three year old iphone 4 has 336 ppi.
3. Lesser number of Apps, unstable and unpopular operating system, Blackberry launch new device with Android or Windows, like Samsung and HTC does, or make a device which is able to Run windows, android, BB 10 etc.
4. Camera do you think 8MP is enough?
5. Price, make it cheaper to get good market share.
Blackberry was known for superb build quality, very good messaging communication, one time it was pride to have Blackberry phone and now a days its not.

To be honest go to BB forum, people are so happy when one sideload android app is working on their BB, what's the point to have BB device then? better OS? I don't think so, you will find it cool when you use the first few times, after a while the OS becomes to feel cumbersome and slow. better email? BB10 just made email function even worse then BBOS7. BBM? who still using it when you have no friends to communicate with?
