And judging by the interface features it has, it is probably more resource hungry than android. Better let's wait and see, but i don't trust this Nokia wannabe. Just my opinion

the more competition the better so good luck, as for it's backgrounds it sure worth a try(I know I will try one). now for all crying babies-specs, specs, specs you really, but really should get a life - with whatever SPECS you like, but get one:)

how far can jolla go by the time linux releases ubuntu for phones? Am sure ubuntu will be downloaded just like the pc version

Mind you, chrome browser runs fantastically rapid even though you run Lububtu on yesteryear HW !!

Useless specs for 2014, too slow when surfing on big webpages with Adobe Flash... and not enough ram for multitasking and too too slow and not enough ram for playing the latest Android... games and no access to Google Play and no good camera and too low screen resolution for that big screen...! Why not use Android, it is free and can be customized in any way just as Cyanogenmod... do?
