If Nokia wins this case they probably wanted a compensation of millions of $$$ fro HTC and in business, any source of income, as long as it is cost effective, is exploited.

Honestly, what does Nokia get from this?? Why are they noticing it now? All of these phones are already discontinued. HTC fans are turned towards the One right now or the Maxx.
