No company with any resources can make the chipset without having a design.
Put it simply, if Samsung does not exist, Apple can just look for another chip maker.
But Samsung has their own design! Alas! Exynos is a failure compared to qualcomm.. and Samsung is forced to use qualcomm in their flagships.
So shame them even more.

I mean real business not customer service P/L's statements at your local occupations. We are talking about billion dollar corporate organizations. Organizations that signed nondisclosure and noncompetitive contracts. I am hypothesizeing that the majority of folks have no idea what I am getting at. Samsung was paid more money than one could comprehend to build this processor and to keep it under wraps and to allow Apple to be the 1st to launch this 64 bit product. Both these companies; Samsung and Apple are laughing all the way to the bank as we are doing exactly what they all want us to do, by arguing over which company is better or who sucks.....etc. All the while they are laughing at us because they are in cahoots with each other making money working with each other along with our passionate free advertisement. Taking our hard earned money from our customer service job. Enough with the antics about who is better everyone has an opinion it still comes down to the fact that both companies use each other to take their product to market. Fact! God bless technology!

You guys want to bring up the Note 3 and Z1's scores with their snapdragon 800 processors going neck to neck with the 5s, yet still failed explain wasn't snapdragon 600 & s4 pro was supposed to been do the job with their prospective quadcores. Look at the LG G2. Failed!

Why samsung sells more than apple? Because not much people are smart enough. And apple doesn't sell cheap phones. This is also why Mercedes sales is less than Toyota.

Apple puts the competition to shame. Just give up already. A daul core, ima say it again a daul core, clocked at 1.3 with the same 1gb ram running 64bit this time around pulls in better benchmark scores than quadcores- octocores with 2-3gb ram. Yet ppl still hate.

Come once again when samsung release their 64bit next year... most likely from qualcomm again LOL.
Samsung cannot make anything themselves. They only have the resources to make chips like foxconn with the manpower.. When left alone.. they lose all innovation.
They only know one thing.. Build tons of model at all sizes, see which one sells more.. make the next gen. Totally brainless and no risk.
