Such a shame as I think they came back with a bang with the Z10, Q10 and BB10 - beautiful phones with a great operating system. I think they messed up by not releasing budget models at the same time - the curve series seemed to be owned by so many! I suppose 'whatsapp' killed the exclusivity of BBM.

it’s sad to see old and pioneer brand in mobile manufacturing are getting out of the business, android Os and ios have more than need applications and some of them are somewhat useless and the worst part is users nowadays do not care about security and quality of cellphones .that’s why we see great brands like rim or nokia with more than 15 years experiences in producing cell phones facing financial problems…rim deserves better than that..

I am happy that blackberry is getting a hard beating. They deserved to be kicked out of the competetion.

android OS and iOS is the best!!! So that other mobile brand chosen android OS as they operating system because most of customers like android and iOS. So it's time for the blackberry to change their OS to android.

A lot of people myself included still prefer to type on a Qwerty keypad than on a touchscreen phone because the haptic feedback from Qwerty keypads are awesome and a touchscreen can't ever have it. BB10 is really a nice OS but it lacks applications. I think if BlackBerry just make BBM free for lifetime like Nokia with Here Maps and just lower the price of their BB10 products to somewhat affordable in this crucial moment, some Android and iOS users will move on to BB10 OS and what BlackBerry needs to do in order to recover is to, gain some market share and make affordable phones and in that way, they can gain devlopers support on their OS, means more applications but it is really hard to lose margins by cutting costs of a product esp. if a company is already in trouble and keeps on losing grounds. Let's hope things gets fine at BlackBerry soon

People arent buying names today . They are buying specs . They are buying features. They are buying services. One who doesnt realise this fails. Nokia realised it late and is recovering . RIM are so dumb that they didnt see and learn from downfall of nokia and they lost. Even apple may struggle in future if the stay with their arrogance .

BB just doing the bullshit lowering the interest of users. They should make a try to recovering their money back as bringing some offer like lowering these Z10, Z30 etc. price to half of now. It will bring some android and apple user to BB at least. Hope BB regain their money.

If BB adopts Android, then the soul of BB will be dead, the core of BB is the security, Android is a virus, malware and spyware magnet; do you want to play? buy iphone and samsung, are you a serious working person? then buy a BB10, for me security is first and i pay for that,not for a child play ground... very sorry for the losses, something needs to change

already 5 month using Z10 after switching from iphone 4s, happy witt it and such a great devices that only lack in terms of apps, os BB 10 is really user friendly actually, enjoy it much more compare with my previous iphone.
