It's signing me in automatically, then want to connect to Google+, then want permission to send me a confirmation message in text, then I select a contact and ours checking for online availability and when not found it asks to send that contract a text message with invitation to join Hangouts.
This is no less than terrible, android future looks dark.

I hope they will unlock location services worldwide. i am not able to share my location and keep track of it since they removed latitude. they put it on Google+ but they locked it only to some countries. This is not good at all. hope they will improve also the hangout app.

Anonymous, 15 Oct 2013I'm an Android user but I'm finding iOS7 looking better tha... moreI agree. I've got a nexus 7 and dread a new update coming out. I've gone from 4.1.2 to 4.2.1 to 4.2.2 to 4.3 and all they do is take features away, nothing gets added (except Google now).
Best one I've used is ICS on my phone. Glad its that old that is isn't going to get JB.

I'm an Android user but I'm finding iOS7 looking better than Google's AOSP.. I seriously prefer Touchwiz's and XPeria and other looks over over Google's AOSP.
I hope they won't take away text messages and turn it into hangouts! It's annoying me how Google keeps changing many things every year. Things that worked and needed no change.

Pathetic. Messenger is gone, texting will be done from Hangouts. I'm getting a little fed up with Google's persistence in forcing us to use their excessive personal info gathering mediocre services. Now even our text messages can be used to push stupid ads to us. There's no end to it, need a way out, Android is getting too hard to swallow.
We need to install apps to cover the basics but bloated unwanted stuff preinstalled, that's backwards.

Android 4.3 UI is prettier. Google should keep the UI.

Not sure Android gets better with each version, some bug fixes maybe, these new UI don't do much.
