Google should sign some patients agreements instead of giving out an infringing OS for free and all the Android OEM are paying Microsoft for patients.

I'm surprised people are calling Nokia patent trolls. Nokia invests significantly in their R&D, and any patent that they've filed has been a result of significant research and development by their engineers.
You can see the results of their work on the Lumia phones that they've developed, which have many innovative components not found in other devices.
