m using note 2 and i agree with ol guys about software update that its not gud. please do some thing samsung i love my note 2. its slow now hanging nd dont have hide option of applications and ol the content in main page coming in white. please read the reviews of note 2 and do some thing. i want my old software back. :( or update some thing to do it better !! help

may i know this is update automaticlly or
it need me to update at some web? i am facing this kind of problem
1) my battery is finish quickly,half day need to recharge my phone already.
2) if i neef to send a message, i will take a long time to send it out.
3)my alarm cannot function.This make me fell worry because I need the alarm.to wake up me?

After the update it deals away my clock and upsets my typing changing most of the things I typed unnecessarily. Cannot recognise my name or signature. Very bad. Please help urgently.

It seems that after a major update we should all do a factory reset.
But if I do a factory reset, can I restore everything from a backup? Or will restoring from a backup bring back all the same problems?

Yesterday over OTA my Note II firmware upgrade to 4.3,I write from SPAIN, my carrier is YOIGO, and now I can't do calls anymore, no gsm, no data plan, only wifi.
One solution comeback to palm pre,anybody has another one?

I update to 4.3 yesterday 20-Apr-2014, so far my side is the Gallery makes me hang not working, samsung updates fixing this issue please ...... thanks

Not being to tech savvy I though I was the only one that had problems with the version 4.3 upgrade. After the upgrade, the multiwindow function has automatically been disabled and it cannot be switch on no matter how I tried. The menus has change and I now can't find the place where you can sync rules. This version us taking me backwards and I'm starting to get mixed feelings about Android and Samsung.

After upgrade 4.3 my note2 when I text randomly will not appear nor show letters type in text mode after acfew c seconds it will just spit out what you had type seconds earlier on the screen and or at times it will lock up in middle of text then continue to be able to type rest of your text. Is very slow and annoying that Samsung needs to send info to correct thia problem and other with upgrade being their obligation to their customer trusting their upgrade to work properly not go backwards causing more headaches. Please set up a site to given solutions to this problem man others on going issues being so far unresolved due to your careless actions to send faulty upgrades and we the customer pay a bad price for it.

attention needed from SAMSUNG very urgent!!! hey SAMSUNG plz release a fix update for note2. we r in danger after updating to 4.3. it was a big wrong decision to us.
can't use the phone anymore.

Recently I updated my Note 2 to 4.3 but my major problem along with periodic freezing is, unabeling to swipe between input languages in samsung keyboard by pressing and swipping of spacebar key... in some websites they offerd sort of settings in Accessibility part but they have no effects ... please help me ...

I'm in Australia using the Telstra network, after updating to 4.3, I cannot make simple GSM phone calls out of my home and surrounding suburb. This is annoying as I can only send sums. I've even went to my Telco to change a new sim card but this doesn't work.
Its also annoying why I have a phone that can't make phone calls?

You guys all think that slow & phone freezing is bad??
I can't even make simple gsm phone calls out of my region of around 2km diameter after the 4.3 update!
What good is a phone if you can't make calls!!!
Samsung u better release a FIX!!!
