rayyan hurzuk, 14 Feb 2014Iam not reciving a jelly bean 4.3 version in note 2In which country you are? Maybe in your country update is not available now. And note if your phone is rooted you may not be able to get the update.

AnonD-231476, 08 Feb 2014After update I can't open my snote.. What is happening..I met the situation and find only one way to solve it temporary. I take out the s-pen and it will show a small s note window. Click the arrow at the top on the left side of the window to save it. After saved it you can use s note for a while without problem. Use the same method if it happened again.

Vipin, 05 Feb 2014Battery is sucking! after 4.3 update. Plz do somethingI had the same issue battery wouldn't last a day whereas pre updated lasted 1.5 days. Someone advised to remove the battery and leave it for 30 mind then put it back in and reboot. Worked a treat back to previous usage levels

i have update my note 2 GT-N7105T with available updated version on yesterday, after update my phone is cannot open , i mean only the SAMSUNG logo is coming out and cannot do anything , please help me how to solve this problem , thanks....

I know people at my work who updated and were not happy with it all, especially the battery life. But they haven't noticed much difference in user experience.... Just worse battery wise. Glad I didn't update....... And looks like never will. Think HTC next or sony but need removable battery. Be glad to get rid of Vodafone too in few months.

after update to 4.3 on note2 battery life became worse along with camera feature.

Hi. I started the upgrade and it stopped in between due to something with the internet connection. If i go to update software it asks me to download from 0%
My download was already 90% through. Can someone pl help? How can I resume my download that was running? and not start a fresh one?

I update my note 2 for the latest version
of android.now all the time I try to send a message.it keep sayN sending.I have to
resrart my phone everytime I send a msg.
this update is a crap.pls tell me what to do.

After one month using 4.3 I have found some problems even I done hard reset before and after update.
Touch Wiz not responding at all some times,
multi window not working in easy home screen mode,
wake up delay(sleep lag)i.e. take time to awake up when pressing home or power button,
Move to Knox option in gallery is not present,
witch is available in Note 3, to transfer existing files or personal data to Knox container
and music player file sharing option is not found.
Battery icon, wifi, 3G, H+ down/upload arrows are dull in transparent status bar.
overall look is very good and performance is smoother and faster,
no battery drain, no crash, no major issue seen almost.

Anonymous, 16 Jan 2014Thanks so much for your help I'd Google everywhere and got ... moreI agree with you all: my phone charges ridiculously slow (charges fast with car charger though), my main beach is that i can't bring pictures into s note without the phone forcing me to crop. Try taking pictures of notes from my prof and 3/4 of what was written is gone. This is a big loss for me, since I can't listen and write at the same time. I don't know why but I turn on the hand free app when driving in the car and that stupid sir I wannabe comes on. Samsung please take this upgrade back. I use to love my phone, now .....well, I don't know how to express my disappointment.

meghraj!, 16 Jan 2014Well the update is awesome ! I loved using evrythng ..the 4... moreYou cannot share via the music player. The only option is that Open File Manager and search your song from there and then share via whatever.

Hi!
I updated my Samsung note 2 to 4.3 recently and found out that the camera can't zoom. Can Someone please give me a solution towards my problem?
