But Google is doing the same dont worry, this patent wars is very awful indeed, lucky for Nokia they stills in market more time than anyone else, thats why Microsoft target Nokia, and Google will have to get very warned about this. Since Nokia-Microsoft now controls a full agenda of patents....

Not biased againt any brand, but this type of business is crap. This just means less choice on the market for consumers. So thanks a bunch Nokia! One less premium handset on the market.

Don't do it Nokia, you're way above this. If Nokia starts getting ban on every OEM selling phone then nobody except Nokia will be able to do it.

HTC seems to infringe a lot of Nokia patents and stuff. They should an agreement like Samsung did and solve everything legally instead of using multiple excuses on every infringement. Well no wonder HTC is going down as the bad guy always lose in the end.
