Not like I have ... morealso i forgot to tell that you may not buy nokia phone because there is big chance they may no longer exist in this business in near future.also ms,some nokia guys and mostly cheater eflop is to be blame more because they cheated nokia,make it like themselves(monopoly supporter) and destroyed it very badly. ms slowed down innovation as always. also htc hasnt yet faced the fate nokia faced. and that eflop got 25million $s. also i dont get it how ms was able to made him ceo who had sell boston chicken and some other companies i dont remember(which were successful and dead very soon when flop stepped). also i cant understand how can someone get so much money for destroying the most innovative and very successful company of the past decade. sorry for bad language.

All this shows is that the only way for Nokia to sell its phones is to bankrupt other companies as it's own offers aren't pleasing the market. First it's starting with HTCS. At least they using the extra money they got from Bill Gates....

I'm p#$$ed at all the petty mined glory hunting patent owning morons. with there we sue you you sue them and so on and on and on. its time to put a stop to this as the only winner will be Apple, Samsung, Nokia, LG, HTC.... Because they will end up charging us more for their already over priced mobile phones, tablets etc, So get off your ass and go log on to your phones manufacture's facebook, twitter and others and tell them you are fed up of pay extra for your phone/tablet and say all patents should be charged at 1 Cent 1 Penny or what ever is the lowest coin in your country.
because we want a fare trade with all mobiles in every country and no to courtroom battles. rise up and tell them all

Not like I have ... moreyes. technology wouldnt have been this good if nokia wasnt there. it may have been 2009 or 2010 tech. but i think nokia wasnt this big patent troll before using wp os. maybe it was influence of big bully m$ or maybe i am wrong about patent history.

It is just sour grapes from Nokia.
If people wanted to buy their phones they would.
I hoped Nokia would do a good job and not go the way of Blackberry. However the simple fact they are focusing on Windows devices and HTC are focusing on Android apart from the slow selling 8x and 8s, it shows Nokia haven't lost sales on devices.
It's a simple case that, people didn't want windows phones as much as they wanted Android phones.
As already mentioned elsewhere, other vendors also use the same chipset so why not chase one of the bigger fish first?
They are just kicking HTC when they are already down so that they can elevate themselves to 3rd in the smartphone foodchain. However I bet they didn't bank on Sony and LG having a good few months.

HTC is using Qualcomm chips. Qualcomm is the one who used "stolen" tech. Why doesn't Nokia go after Qualcomm instead of HTC who know nothing about the tech qualcomm used?
Or go after everyone that uses Qualcomm chips.

it is nokia's intellectual property. it is their innovation, it is their money used to have this technology, they made this for their own business and not for other's like HTC, samsung, apple or whoever unless they are willing to pay nokia to use this their property.
it is nokia's right to claim its own properties.

also htc should start making new chip-set phones!!!!!
not for fooling buyers for useless performance or overpriced products
but my fathers htc one can't play most wanted good as my nexus 4:! everything about this phone except MP of camera is good:\ the screen quality is more than real life!!!
