Check out the galaxy active and compare the bezels.. you would rather get a sony. Maybe in the near future they will find the materials or the technology to reduce the bezels for the water proofing.

'Bout time Sony, just release the Z1 mini already. I'm literally waiting to give you my money. It's either this or back to Xiaomi for the Mi-2S.
For those who think that the Z1S is not the mini, the dimensions would indicate that it is. The side bezels will not be so bad with a 4.3 inch screen and a 64.9mm with but it is oddly tall at 129mm but one has to consider how much Sony is packing into this phone.
It just needs to be announced so people can stop waiting.

Will be like xperia M with huge bezels! My xperia T is 129mm tall too but packs a 4.55inch screen. Will Sony ever learn?

Sony might drop the ball if its this late as it may lose the advantage of snapdragon 800 to the 805. And maybe soon till march and april there will be S5 mini learning lessons. A november or december launch could be perfect but alas. Its easy why sony is lagging behind samsung and apple. Both are marketing genius and their products are always properly timed so they age so well.
