Anonymous, 12 Dec 2013Don't understand this reply, if in Apple's home country the... moreThere are different patents in question, the american case is mostly that old galaxy s series phones look like I phones (a bit, from a distance, if you squint) and that apple were apparently allowed to patent a rectangle with rounded corners. Whereas the Korea case is about SMS technology and display. Both courts have decided in apples favour but about different issues. The reason The American case is seen as unjust is because the judge is an iPhone user and is therefore not impartial and objective. And when you're deciding which company has to pay the other BILLIONS of dollars an objective, impartial look at the evidence is the only fair way.

The two countries have the same verdict and decision so the two must be equal and fair together. No country is biased in this matter. Correct me if I'm wrong.

apple iphone icons look 3d and bubblylike android the way u hold the centre button to slide the screens upwards to get rid of them is a windows feature apple have ran out of ideas. samsung has a better camera its free running no sill itunes, you all buy iphones for the pants logo and name even apple he name was stolen from a mexico company :)

I'm not sure about the true story, but as far as I know, Samsung blatantly tried to copy iPhone's hardware design, UI, icons etc. It's clearly evident from the cheap phones Samsung keep dishing out. What an utter shameful and disgraceful act by Samsung!
