      Someone at HTC must be an avid console gamer. The name is a combination of Xbox One and PS+.

                    I hope HTC will bring this flagship with all the latest hardware so it really will be up to date to the latest. And keep the design please.

                            Ultrapixel = Foveon x3 what developet 2001.
                            " Foveon pioneered the direct image sensor product category with its X3 sensor technology in 2001. Foveon X3 sensors are built using a pixel layering concept in which red, green, and blue pixels are stacked on top of each other. All competing color image sensor technologies rely on a pattern of red, green, and blue pixels that arranged next to each other. By stacking pixels, Foveon achieves a higher pixel density, increasing the image quality obtainable per unit area of silicon. The stacked pixel array has the added benefit of eliminating color sampling artifacts, without requiring the use of an optical blur filter. "

                              Sounds (too?) perfect

                              What are guys talking about 3gb ram?? 2gb is more than enough, this is not a bloated galaxy phone that even laggs on 3gb..

                              I have never used more then 1,3gb of RAM usage so far on the M7, even with heavy apps like tomtom nav, gta or asphalt 8 all opened at the same time.

                                  5" display & Snapdragon805 are MUST HAVE specs that would put HTC one step forward.

                                  We want gold, blue and red colour options along with the basic colours; don't wanna wait them long.

                                  We're bored of cheap Galaxy feel. This time I'll give HTC a try if they meet the above demands.

                                    Anyway, on to the rest of the article, I do like the idea of an 8MP Ultrapixel camera with OIS, and a hopefully slimmer waistline. If done right, it could be one of the better cameras of the first half of 2014.

                                    As for the rest, 2GB will cause it some lagging behind the competition. I think everyone forgets that Samsung has announced the 4GB LPDDR4 that we can likely expect to see in the GS5. (There's no reason samsung would keep with the 3GB DDR3 found in the Note 3, as the LPDDR3 is 50% faster and 40% more power efficient, resulting in an overall pure win)

                                    However, that being said if they threw in an S800, they might do alright, as the prices of phones are all going up. If they released an S800, 2GB RAM 1080p 4.9-5" device, 8MP Ultrapixel camera w/ OIS, with smaller bezels, higher battery capacity, SD card slot, thinner and lighter than the HTC One, but the same quality of build and updated UI, and gave it a 600$ outright pricetag, and had the quantity to go around...

                                    I could see this as a huge success for HTC, and would praise the device, even with slightly outdated specs. (we don't need 1440p screens on such a small device anyway, psch)

                                      Let me explain it a little more simply. ArcAzoresPT is right, but may be a little hard to follow for you guys.

                                      The HTC One has a 4 Megapixel camera. (4MP) you guys are thinking Ultrapixel because Ultrapixel is simply a technology name.

                                      It would be like saying "The iPhone doesn't have an LCD display, it has a Retina Display" except the fact that the only thing "Retina Display" means that at normal viewing distances, pixels aren't discernible by the retina; a reference to pixel density alone, not an actual technology.

                                      What Ultrapixel means is that the pixels in the sensor are much larger than normal, and theoretically should be getting less noise as a result, making low-light photos better.

                                      As was noted by our friend, a 4MP Ultrapixel (yes, both are stated since 4MP means the number of pixels and Ultrapixel is in reference to the technology) camera will produce simply a 4MP image.

                                        HTC One+, this naming scheme is starting to get ridiculous..what would the next after this one be called One++? These HTC guys need to have a sit down and rethink just like Samsung did with the galaxy line, and Sony did with Xperia
