The phone was release in July, I couldn't be able to get the GSM one until Boxing day.

FYI, I have RMA twice already within 1 month. The phone has faulty design, there is a service centre is Hong Kong and the faulty phones pile up like crazy.

Very regret, would rather spend more on Moto G

Xiaomi does tend to have teething issues with it's manufacturing and logistics. I don't see them exporting anytime soon as they still can't seem to meet local demand for their products.

It's still next to impossible to find and buy a Mi3 in China.

The godlike F1 Octo-core MT6592 2gb ram phone by www.coolpad.cn has 10 million preorder for $150. Nobody gets it (sells less than 1000 copies), consider that's a lottery. Hongmi 1s, same shxt, that's promise by reality.

Don't even think about you could get a piece of this phone for at least 6 months, not at $130. The company withheld the supply of this phone so tight that even the local chinese couldn't get this phone without a fight. Marketing trick.

Wow. Quita a bang for my hard earned bug. Hope thy export to Brazil.

Too bad its only available in TD-SCDMA variants for now

This does not compete directly with the Moto G, Its main competitor is the Huawei Honor 3C indeed, as its exactly the same price and even has a similar design. Im glad to see low end phones Improve their spec sheet, and I hope both the Hongmi 1S and the Honor 3C to succeed as the are considered the pioneers of the low end industry.
