For those who says Sammy is a copycat, FYI 2 of the many ridiculous patents Apple sued Sammy were "pinch to zoom" and "reverting back to the first(home) page after you continued to flip after the last page".
Every smart phone has those. Apple just decide to sue Sammy because Sammy is their biggest threat.

Even more reasons not to buy apple!In my oppinion there is no reason for this. Samsung is a big coccurent of apple and this was the reason of it all.

Patenting Law is really ridiculous now. It doesn't make sense anymore. Maybe next time you wave your hand you can already be sued lol.

I don't understand this, first, I'm not sure I even agree about the fine in the first place.
BUT, if you are in fact saying that Samsung should pay Apple, as in, you are saying that they are infringing, WHY would you NOT ban the devices then? That makes no sense at all! Either they are not stealing, and should not pay or be banned, OR they are stealing and should pay AND be banned! I don't understand law at all....
