I wonder is Samsung releases 12 million phones a year because of the multiple ban apples throws on them.

Now if they'd release an S4 Mini Value Edition at the same price (around 180 Euro), it might actually be in line with similarly spec'd phones from the competition.

Just make a 3.8 - 4.3" with 2500+ mAh, decent processor 1G RAM; 8G + SD Card. Decent GPS. As small as possible. Don't care about camera, gorilla or other animals.
Not everyone wants a tabletphone.
