Battery life of my Sony Xperia Z1 Compact Is the best I had in the last 5 years,after all day of use with bluetooth and 4G on still 68% left...with iPhone 4 I had to charge it 2 times a day.

There's something wrong with the endurance ratings of LG Optimus G & LG G2.
You tested optimus G on ICS,thats one reason for the low rating of 45hrs, kindly update your results by testing it again on jellybean or kitkat.
Secondly, I was amazed by the relatively low battery endurance rating of LG G2 (62hrs). In my comparison G2's battery outlasted even Note 3's.
I hope you'll upload these two results again after correcting them.

I think it would be a neat idea if possible to have the various radios etc as options. For example, with WiFi, GPS, WCDMA, Mobile Data, Screen Rotate, Brightness auto, are all enabled on my Note 2.. And it lasts me about 14hrs with approximately 4hrs of call time, 2hrs of browsing, an hour of videos.

This is nice but, what about gaming?, smartphones nowdays have very powerful gpu's, and at least the thing i do the most on my phone is gaming.

This is good but has the same inherent flaws. That is, no phones are at the same brightness. All should be calibrated to the same brightness. 200 nits would be common ground. And reloading a webpage is not realistic, since zoom and pan is needed to load the chipsets and would vary wildly. But brightness is key, must be same on all.

Just a minor bug: when I was using the keyboard to control the sliders, the input values do not update themselves, however the custom rating changes as if the inputs changed.

Thanks for much awaited tool. What should follow is separated battery endurance test set-up for tablets. This needs your attention next. However, first thing to do is update battery capacity field in phone finder till 10000 mah... ( it is stuck at 5000mah). Thanks for providing my daily dose of mobile world all these years!!
