Anonymous, 21 Apr 2014bother in law updated his active to kit kat and the digitiz... morehad it using just fine one day when white and black lines began to show, i turned it off and on back when it came up the touch became non responsive. that happened to me it shows faded black imprints of what it was showing before turned of when a white background comes up.

Shortly thereafter my screen would go white and black lines as the screen. backed up data, did a Full Factory Reset, and that helped until the third screen in for new setup. After that it stopped responding to any touch at all. AT&T Warranty Center gave me a new phone after that.

the new 4.4 kitkat for the Samsung galaxy s4 dose not work like it should the screen is locked you can receive text phone calls you are unable to respond to them the touch screen dose not work

bother in law updated his active to kit kat and the digitizer stop working. I wipe cache, did a full wipe and nothing. On top of that, it developed screen burn ins (pink color) on the bottom of the screen. is this common for the active?

I want 4.4 but scared to even check when
4.3 came out my phone randomly started
installing 4.3 when I didnt want to and after
It said insert sim card and yes there was oje
in and nothing lelped take out restart and
even factory reset never got service again
and it happened teice so they replaced my
s4 active with another s4 active and im still
on 4.2 and would love 4.4 but to scared to
even check for 4.4.2.. anyone have 4.4.2 on
the s4 active and like it yet? Without
problems

Why u release it by telco..what happen to the normal user..we pay more for the phone..Just release it for international user~!!! izzit simple..?

I have Galaxy S4 I9505 Black Edition when I try to update my phone via wifi it says that I already have latet firmware but 4.4.2 is available I dont want to update my device manually via odin as it changes the status of the phone I have official 4.3 now Please please help me Reply my comment
