I can't believe my eyes!! those photos are just amazing! I could never think that a 400$ phone can do that, really I feel that I have been mugged now by other OEMs because of the inferior flagships they have.

Just look at the reflection on the blue glass ball in last photo ( butterfly pic) you can see the Phone :))

Field of view is different between the cameras, focus points are in ifferent places, no info on camera settings(sharpening, exposure, NR...), no full res samples to compare, etc. Not a proper comparison by a long shot imo.

I just have one question: why so much attention to a start up? Ever looked at the list of phone makers on the left panle of GSMArena? They don't do anything, and OnePlus magically becomes so important among the likes of Sony, Samsung, and even Nokia? How many articles have been published about say, Lumia 930 and how many about a single, mediocre (compared to all the flagships) device? I am yet to hear anything about "Toshiba Excite Pro" already released. Toshiba is smaller and less important than OnePlus?

It's a start-up. Too much time is spent and too many news articles are published for it.

The low light shots are bit hard to believe the lack of noise in any of the shots is just a bit too good to be true. These shots put the 1020 to shame.

cant compare 1+1 f2.0 and 18-55mm kit lens on minimal f3.5 with t level 5.0. you need 3 stops higher ISO for that. ofc noise will be there. bad comparison

many a times the photo's what GSM arena is posting are far superior compared to the one which we actually take's. i wonder if they are been provided with a superior device than what actually is been shipped to the world.

You just dont put a dslr on auto and take pictures.

Though the 1+1 photos look really promising, but I wouln't ever compare it to a dslr. DSLR's are powerhouses that you need to learn to use properly and then you get the most stunning photos ever.

Ofcourse it's easier to just shoot on autofocus
