i would prefer if apple team could go and make vetter iphone devices having a ton of features and high end specs rather than suing samsung tons of millions on patent rights

Funny how courts in the US, Japan & even Samsung's own country found them guilty of patent infringement. That's gotta sting that South Korea didn't even have their back.
Wait till the iPhone 6 gets released. It'll make the Galaxy S5 it's bitch.

Personally this whole argument is pathetic, apple continue to p**s me off with their bickering and no surprise samsung will counter sue, what i will say on this matter is though that the patents office needs a good long hard look at the way it vets new devices surely? If a new device is due to hit the market shouldnt that device be checked against a database of patents before it hits the market
