I bought a Moto G for my wife and it really does function great! I'm surprised by the quality of the screen, really nice colors and very crisp. I have an LG G2 and her Moto G creaks less when manipulating it.
The camera isn't too good on the Moto G :(, my older Galaxy S1 (4 year old phone that still works fine) has a 5MP camera that takes better pictures.
Sound quality is excellent on the Moto G. Now I wish I waited for the Moto G2 lol, maybe the camera will be better.

Seems like Motorola gone rock again in market, which already did with Moto G/E, I am sure this Moto G 4G , gone beat other branded mobiles.
But theres is issue with lack of updates/upgrades for old Moto phones which are running in ICS or JB.
Need to check/look after those phones.
Ppl. those are trying to use Custom Roms,(specially CM) its recommended not to use them in Moto phone.

I think this is quite stylish, not the mention the functionality of having the main speaker facing the front

Motorola need to get the original and other versions of the
Moto G and the Moto X updated to Android 4.4.4 before generating even more models. The UK is still waiting for its updates.
