i have Q-SMART STORM W510 windows phone the problem is that its now showing a blue screen with a sad face when i power it on can you help me on how to solve this i tried to use the windows phone recovery tool but the name of the phone is not listed on the list and i also tried to search for the firmware or flash file on internet but it is not found please help me

satish, 24 Aug 2014I have updated my 520 to 8.1 but now my cell is nt working.... moreif u have done any backup of the phone earlier, Try to reset the phone. it will help, as i have faced the same problem and make sure u r connected to a better wifi and battery with full charge...download "LUMIA SOFTWARE RECOVERY TOOL 5.0.7" and try to connect u r phone to the system in which it is installed. it will work

my lockscreeen pwd is not getting entered properly/correctly. it gets entered wrongly (the wrong pixels get pressed, everytime) and the new update makes me wait in powers of 2......
