These are seperate divisions that work on building these softwares and hardwares unlike Micromax which gets assembled and labelled micromax and sold out to fools who buy for price and not phones.

Samsung have the biggest market share in India in smartphones.
Don,t see any point in this article, except of bashing Samsung. lol
In China also Samsung have the biggest market share. Only on the shipping last month was the second.

we know india well ..we know indians ==progrssive hardy smily simple living high thinking ..indians in usa 40% nasa scientists ..all major high tech corps like GOOGLE have indians from shopfloor to board of diretors.. ANDROID CHIEF IS SUNDAR PACHAI .. RESEARCH DIRECTOR is young indian lady SONAL SHAH .. GLAD to know micromax -indian telecom manufacturer is now exporting handsets to russia afrika etc.. MASS COMMUNICATIONS is USA GIFT to mankind - inventor of hotmail was indian sabir bhatia ..now chief of microsoft is indian in place of billgates -appointed by billgates..expect windows phones to go fly high 2015 ..

Micromax doing the same thing as samsung, flooding multiple phones. You know its a micromax right away due to build quality.

well done micromax! U gotta do well in smartphone sales as well and bring samsung down.. Bring out a flagship which can compete with z2, mi4 and g3.. And dont forget to add the micro sd card slot in it!!!

The key to be successful in india is to make cheap spare parts for its products.
I don't know if micromax has the same strategy.
I realized it when I went to sell my old sony tv . The guy said no one wants to buy sony tv because spares are very expensive. I was thinking how dumb cause he doesn't know that this will never need repairs. But then on second thought I figured out what he meant .
Anything cheap sells in india with little bit of reliability and cheap spares you can sell anything here. Cause everday is near death experience . Not just for humans but also for the machines

The after sales service of Micromax is pathetic in India. I couldn't believe it's in top position in the country.
