If the price stays the same it's a good upgrade. A 5" screen is super and a better camera, great deal. The existing processor is plenty fast for the segment and plenty fast for the vast majority of all cell phone users who aren't concerned with specs and who don't use 1/10 of the processing power of their current high-end phones they pay three times the money for. For the gamers and the other 10%, they will find something to whine about with the upgrades even though this phone is not meant for them to begin with.

BUT it's pretty satisfying to see that it now has 8mp rear plus 2 mp front
and i'm pretty sure they'll upgrade battery no one said it is gonna be the same
i just hink it needs 200 mb more ram that's it
