a perfect g2 has to to contain atleast 3 of those upgrades:
-atleast snapdragon 410/600
-atleast adreno 320/330
-atleast 1200/1500 mb ram
-atleast 2370 mah battery
-8mp camera/2mp front
-nfc integration
near the original price range and at maximum 50 dollars higher

very small change only 7mp cam with large screen but they should have enhanced ram and processor also.

The only upgrade the Moto G *really* needs is the camera.
Everything else is simply fab considering its price.

Very bad upgrade. Should have upgraded the RAm and processor clock speed. However, if they are particularly targeting India, then the bigger screen is a good move.

Why 5"? If you want a huge phone you can always go for Nexus, LG G3 S, Moto X and the list goes on. Should have just upgraded RAM/SoC or added a user removable battery along with the MicroSD (or even full size SD)slot.
Guess I'll have to fork out for the overpriced S5 mini then.

I think Lenovo's hand in it for this mediocre upgrade. Would have been nice if it had 2GB ram with same processor instead of screen size increase.
