Only so much you can do with the shape of a touch screen phone though

Shellshock, 03 Sep 2014Seems that you don't know people and people that are hired ... moreOk sony paid James Bond to infiltrate foxxcon and get the design of apple, but tell me in which way do you see this design same to iphone 6? you mean rounded edges, have you seen htc one m7? what else, oh by the way, rumours said the iphone 6 maybe waterproof, maybe sony copied that from iphone 6 too, possibly apple had design that back in 2005, and James Bond robbed that design also from apple and gave it to sony.

I see most of the funtionalities in android are now being implemented on IOS. When apple does so, its called revolution, and when samsung does, its copying?

Apple does not invent everything, but they are on their own path when it comes to design. They are consistent, and do things their way (for good or bad). Sony is also the same, and Nokia is also doing their own thing these days. Whether we like what comes out or not, at least it is distinctive to that particular company.
Borrowing, or being a little bit influenced is ok, and actually normal within a competitive industry. However, wholesale copying the likes of which Samsung and now companies like Meizu and other chinese manufacturers participate in, is beyond the realm of 'inspiration', and more akin to leeches, parasites devoid of any consistent philosophy.
