I have upgraded my iphone 5s to iOS8 and its running well without any issue so far.no effects on battery life and no lagging noted.

It has not been proven at all yet.

my phone now is a brick because of ios 8. First i use over the air. then it got stuck on recovery mode. I tried fixng it thru itunes. I was able to get it up and running. But when i wake up in the morning, bammm!!! stuck in recovery mode again. help me guys i dont know how to revert back my phone to ios 7.

Slow connection by my ISP. It always happens only when I need to download something urgent .
Else the connection runs perfect smooth. Cant even load g+ properly

For those complaining about free space on your phone. Update via iTune. It is safer and you don't need to free up space on your phone.
Update for my iPhone 5 went smoothly and everything I had open was there when I finished update. Everything feel as smooth as iOS7 and battery usage feel about the same.
