iOS 8 is already running on more than 16% of devices

People are not updating on the 1st day because there are so many people downloading at the same time. It look me 40 minutes just to download the update 12 hours after iOS released.
iOS8 is so smooth and I like the better auto-hide-status-function more than the iOS7 method. The SwiftKey keyboard is also a lot faster and smoother than the version I have on my Note 3.

People are staying on ios7 probably because of the jailbreak i know i am .. Once ios8 is jailbroken people will start updating much more !!

Some people complained about the battery but I have no issue with it at all on my 5s and I have been using the phone all day just like before (internet+calls). Others said it's laggy but I have no issue with that either. Is just as smooth as always. But of course it's just the 1st day so we'll see in a week

I upgraded to ios8, works fine but.. Its exactly the same as ios7. I think the correct name for it should be ios7.3 or something not 8. You have to try hard to find something improved. Did I find something. Well I am not sure..

XYZ, 18 Sep 2014The only reason why people are lazy to upgrade to IOS 8 as ... moreIt's not hard to just delete the apps, upgrade, and then reinstall the apps. All your settings, save data, etc...are all backed up in iCloud, so you won't be missing anything even if you delete your apps.

They mean it's the best overall camera phone (i.e. speed, autofocus speed, etc...). The Nokia Lumina phones have better picture quality, and the Samsung Galaxy S5 have higher resolutions pictures with more option using the stock camera app (iOS's stock camera app has less features). I want people to know that, so they don't think that the iPhone makes the best pictures when they really don't.

The only reason why people are lazy to upgrade to IOS 8 as it requires minimum 5.7 GB empty space in your phone. And if you have 16 GB version then for sure u need to delete some files/apps before attempting this.

They remove the red eye correction tool. Also there is no Siri new languages supported. I wish to be able toi downgrade to 7th version.

The reason for the slow adoption rate is that you need 4.5 GB of free space to install it on your device... Good luck freeing up that much room if you have a 16GB version!!
