- We still yet to see prices. Despite being Samsung, Nexus 10 was much cheaper than Samsung branded tablets. It's Google to set the price.
- 4:3 is much better for web browsing and size is much better to be mobile than 10,1 16:10.
- It's might be not OLED, but JDI screens are very good. Those made jointly by Sharp/JDI and used in Meizu are best out of all TFT type displays.

Sony supports their flagships well, the Z is 4.4.4 is proof of that. However they are not good at supporting their mid range or entry level devices.

Pros:-
-Built quality.
-Dual front facing speakers.
-Fast updates.
-Stock UI.
-Smooth operator.
Cons:-
-Available only at Play store.
-Expensive bcos by HTC.
-Odd aspect ratio. (16:10 is much better)
-Washed out colors from LCD display.

they say they don't want to play favorites, yet all the nexus devices to date are between HTC, Samsung, LG, Moto and even ASUS. Where's the Sony? wonder if Google is waiting so that the new nexus phone and tablet are both sony...

Nexus for iOS user you'd be kidin, he should try HTC ONE M8 instead, cuz that is better in all respect and mostly in UX. if iOS guys comes to Nexus they will not last longer with Android and will again switch. Google is trying to prop up HTC because it is failing. Google cannot have one of the original Android big-names fail. Google will support HTC, LG, Samsung, Moto and Sony if needs be.

I'm very confident that HTC can make a better tablet in term of ecstatic (appearance) than Samsung, LG, Sony or even Asus.
HTC is famous for product design and similar level like Apple.
Usually Google will use different vendors to produce smartphone and tablet at the same time.
