Mid or high end...its an Xperia design ripoff all over..., + an extra too-much front camera...
And again... the biggest visually tricked screen-bodysize ratio, that puts even iphone6 to shame...

Everything is good but Battery life 2400 mah not sufficient....atlest should be 2800 to 3000m mah .

After reading few comments I would like to remind those few that this is a mid range device and for that the specs are surely flagship level. Only price will determine its fate. Price it arnd 30k in India and HTC you will catch it up.
In short : front flash, waterproofing without flaps, 801chipset is what is killer for this phone.

Other overly opinionated posters - pls take not... moreI think I forgot to be objective with this post subject: in my opinion this HTC phone looks and acts really good (after watching the hands-on on this site)
Good work HTC.
Other than the cameras, being the main attraction of this phone, I like what HTC did wit the waterproofing: no flaps needed, now that's some innovative feature, not like other companies "copied" the Sony and moto previous designs with the flaps.
Finally another thing I liked of this phone was the speakers, those didn't loose significant quality with the waterproofing (see hands-on). For me that's a big plus. I have a Sony Z1, and I must say that's one of the things I didn't like about my phone: muffled and very quiet sound.
