It is not android L.By looking at the quick tiles it is clear that it is only a themed custom rom.

Its not andriod l for sure it has andriod 4.4.4 recent apps

Gaurav, 13 Oct 2014I think its a cm11 rom with Sndroid L theme..I think you're right, the Android L on the Nexus 5 and 7(2013) and even the XDA one for the Nexus 4 look diffrent, this is for 100% CM11 L theme.

its not android L, I have nexus 5 and I install android L its notification bar is totally different.
