Nokia G42 gets 4GB RAM variant in India

HMD today announced the launch of a new 4GB RAM variant of the Nokia G42 in India, which has 128GB of storage onboard, costs INR9,999 ($120/€110), and will go on sale starting March 8 through Amazon.in and HMD's official Indian website. It will be available in So Purple and So Grey colors.

The Nokia G42 is also available in 6GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB configurations in India, sold through HMD's website for INR12,999 ($155/€145) and INR16,999 ($205/€190), respectively.

The Nokia G42 is powered by the Snapdragon 480+ SoC and picked up the Android 14 update in India in January. It's built around a 6.56" 90Hz HD+ LCD, having Gorilla Glass 3 protection and a notch for the 8MP selfie camera.

Around the back, you get a triple camera setup comprising 50MP primary, 2MP macro, and 2MP depth units. The Nokia G42 packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 20W charging support and comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, USB-C, and 5G connectivity.

Depends on how you see it. For instance, the Nokia-branded phones manufactured between 2010 and 2016 were plagued with many issues, that made most of them unusable, such as the feature phones having faulty microphones, bootloops on S30+ phones, flims...

BS. You're so wrong or just ignorant? EVERYBODY KNOWS NOTHING is a fact ! Millions still believe HMD phones are made by NOKIA. I made a good informative comment that made you jealous? Grow up.

I think you didn't read the full comment. I said Nokia IP. Everyone knows that original NOKIA doesn't makes phones anymore. No need to shrug off.
