Hey Kiran, go for 1320.. 625 has limited specs.. And Lumia 1320 costs only 3-4k extra than L625

Hi Friends.
I am a regular User of Nokia for around 12 years.Till now i didnt use any other brand hand set.Before i take Lumia 1320 i had use Nokia E5.Itz been using for around 4 years.Still i dont have any complaints.I searched for several sites,shops for taking a new handset.At last i tuk Lumia 1320.Itz such a good set.Camera facilities,Software facilities are extremely good.Net facility and gaming facility are good and dont have any words to say.Youngsters,if you looking to buy this handset,then go ahead.
Now am planing to buy lumia 1520.Itz soo cool/

Which one shud i buy Lumia 1320 or 630.i will use the device for atleast next 3 yrs.so 1320 1GB RAM is an advantage, as it might get future updates!.630 dual sim is an advantage.plz help me considering all the aspects.
