Main reason I chanced S4 mini to Lumia 720, was S4 colours was TOO strong 'candy-like', it almost strains the eyes. IPS-display is better for eyes. AMOLED or OLED is more suitable for TV:s!

Super, but little bit drawbacks
1. Not Super AMOLED
2. Not Java Supported
3. No HDMI OUTPUT
4. No infrared
5. No USB Host, USB on the go
6. No Document Editor
7. Battery Not Removeble
8. Dont know how far 3rd party softwares are available
Dont know about the rate, overall it may be the best of Nokia.

Only downsides of this phone:
It has an integrated battery.
A bit high price(maybe in a few months it will be better)
Has nano-sim.
Not Linux(or open source) powered.
Uses windowsphone.
Has no physical button in the middle(like X6, galaxy Ss)
