To Secret..... where exactly are you getting your info from? The "n9" will use (hopefully) meego and not "an updated version of maemo 5" or whatever you said. Seriously, where did you pick that rubbish news up?

OH WHAT? A Symbian phone? Nokia said that N8 is the last Nseries that uses Symbian OS and why the GSM Arena putted a OS is Symbian? Nokia is uses MeeGo for the future OS like N9.

This device will be run with a modified Maemo 5 system. It's not a full MeeGo implementation. Also the hardware design -despite many changes compared to the N900- will not stay for long. The successor of the N9 will get a new hardware design again. And it will finally be run with the full MeeGo. It's to early to say, if some applications will run on both devices. Consequences? The N9 is only an intermediate device, neither hardware nor software will stay for future devices. I'm not sure if I shall buy one...

...just hope the battery holds longer between charge...it is no use having all kinds of apps, beautiful graphics and high ops speed when the basic power setup drains too qiickly...like HD2...

its a good mobile but its better u buy a laptop instead of it...i lost 10k just because of this mobile.

the nokia n9 will be the phone shown on gsmarena and the e7 will be the one that loo's like n8.

according to the specifications and the percieved shape, size and overall look of the device, i reckon this will be the E7. Nokia's first e series business centered touchscreen phone with a a qwerty keyboard. Even if they would launch a twin brother of n8, they would wait for sometime before launching n9 in order to avoid brand cannabalization. In my opinion this is not a meego device, we all think it is, rather e7. i may be wrong... what do u guys think??
