LG G4 vs. Samsung Galaxy S6: Next door rivals

For gaming, which one is better? Or maybe the pros and cons of both of the model in terms of gaming?

Before I start I've got to say that I like both Samsung and LG, with that being said I had a tough time deciding which phone to buy, the G4 or the S6. They are both very capable smartphones and excel at everything they do. But ultimately I chose the G4 for a couple reasons over the S6 which were micro SD card slot and removable battery. I for one actually use both, I have a 128gb in it and have spare batteries. From personal use the stand by time of this phone is amazing. A whole 8 hour shift at work and it only dropped 1 percent (Connected to WiFi and Sync) but once I use it for a bit the battery can drop pretty quickly if gaming or watching videos at high brightness. Both front and back cameras are superb plus you have a bit more control on the G4 than on the S6 (Even though I don't use manual mode 😂). I lastly chose the G4 because I was already accustomed to the LG G3 so I kinda felt more comfortable with getting it. Either way I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy either phone.

I bought the lg g4 and was pretty happy with it for about 3 days until i noticed the touch lag.. hoped they would release a fix but they didn't ( up until now!) so i returned it. about a month or so later tried another one and it had the same issue. to me something like that is unacceptable so I'll pass on the g4. if not for that lag it was a great phone. I personally couldn't live with the fact that i bought a phone that don't register about 10% of the taps i make wile my old current s2 almost never misses! never touched a s6 but i'm sure its not as bad..

And the S6 uses tons more advanced and homemade net more expensive technology. As well as more RnD and work in to making the software features LG usually ends up copying.

AnonD-417291, 14 Jul 2015trumps on it including price ... samsung devices are overpriced i few markets even online old brand new condition s4 is 350 us dollars wich is crazy expensive..... in other side lg g2 wich is way better in everysingle aspect is 250 us or less ....i cant under stand even how can it be..further more new galaxy A line is even more expensive and makes no sense because a3 and a5 has low end specs even compared to the s4.... sadly most of people doesnt know about tech and fall purchasing only design.

I owned both LG G3 and Galaxy S4. Samsung may have better hardware and may perform better in bechmark tests. But when it comes to real world usability Samsung performs really poor due to over bloated and buggy software. The overall experience almost borders nightmare. No such issues with LG, its a breeze to use.
My S4 broke last week and I am actually happy about it. I can now buy something good, most likely a G4.

Why did gsm arena state that s6 screen is sharper? S6 has 577ppi with pentile matrix but G4 has 538ppi with full RGB matrix. Both are equally sharp. So, tell me gsm arena.

G2 was ... moreUnfortunately, your comment is objectively inaccurate. The G2 sported an SD800 against the (Exynos 5410 + SD600). Unless, you're referring to the SD800 version of S4...which by then was superseded by the newer S5.
