The "Main disadvantages" should include "no secondary camera". A huge disadvantage for a 3G capable phone.

Does it has a daylight intensity sensor that adjust screen backlight?

      Not informative review a usual..
Not sure to swap it from my C5, which is rubbish.
I see the same aluminium back on the E5 as is on C5. It gets scratches instantly.

Vitrual keyboard make my finger stiff. QWERTY/T9 is a must.
I hate virtual keyboard, but I LOVE touch screen.

Therefore, Hybrid QWERTY/T9 + touch screen like the new Nokia C6 or the nokia X3 would really rule the world.

First, great review, thank you very much !

And now to comment general fashion of touch screen devices.

In my opinion, they just SUCK.

Touch to glass is not giving me any feedback. You just must see when you are "touching" virtual button. Writing on displayed keyborad is a joke and gives me bad experience.

With a physical keyboard, I can write a message or just pim item while walking. Earlier, with my Android HTC Magic, I could not write properly a word on his small, crappy touch screen.

Second, capacitive screens are no legible in direct sunlight. They are not legible even in cloudy day !

I'm always amused when I see those loosers trying to cover their screens with hand.

Third. Battery life. Nokia always gives me stunning work time. Now, it is a week on my E63. Earlier, on HTC Magic - I could use it barely a day. E5 promises yet more work hours. GREAT.

E5 is a great phone for people just wanting good, solid messaging device. I will buy one.

                Morons, writing about:

                - too little colors: buy a TV. This is the proper device to watch your porn movies while you are jerking off

                - weak wifi capabilities: buy a f*** gprs data plan, will ya ? If you have money for an 3G phone, do not be a greedy idiot

                regards to all intelligent people

I gotta say, Nokia's quality really hasn't fallen, its just what the media has portrayed it with all the Android and iOS stuff going around. This shows that Nokia is still delivering solid hardware, with software that already works. I don't think that Nokia has much to do with Symbian than to just keep optimizing it, it's rather solid I think, and it works.

it is just weird that this so called "inferior" phone has more ram than the flagship e72.

the E5 is like a replacement for Nokia E63, since it has similar spec.
