The bechmarks just not justifies the result as NOTE2 was launched almost a year ago.. and Lg G now.. cuz mobile technology changes a lot in one year..
And talking about features NOTE2 truly defines and justifies its segment with tons of useful features and innovation..and on the other hand Lg's seems to be an EPIC FAIL..
And talking about Hardware and benchmarks..just wait for the NOTE3 to release..lg will not even stand any way close to it..
NO ONE CAN DENY ABOUT WHAT AN AMAZING PHONE NOTE2 IS..

Bottom line here the Galaxy Note 2 is the GOLD STANDARD of technology today. The device that everyone is trying to catch up to and copy as well. It's the BEST all purpose productivity device ever made since the inception of android. If LG needed to copy they copied from the best because Samsung is the creators of this category not the followers. If the Galaxy Note 2 stood up very well in the specs that mattered then rest assured that the Galaxy Note 3 will BLOW AWAY the Lg Optimus Pro. We current GALAXY NOTE 2 owners already know exactly what we have and we also know Samsung development of software and implementation of features will always trump Lg.

a camera has two components Lens and the sensor. Most people who shoot professionaly will tell you that the lens makes the most difference. To compare the quality of the lens please go to photocompare tool in GSM arena and Compare the EDGES of the photo. This is the hardest and only the best lenses can maintain clarity at the edges. The note 2 is well known to have one of the best lenses.

I had been using the Galaxy Note 2 for 6 months now and still awed with it. The S pen is extremely useful in our meetings for taking notes. The pop up Window and multi view Window are very useful when browsing 2 different apps and very handy for using the copy/paste feature.
The Galaxy note 2 will be a year old when the Optimus G Pro comes out in the market but still the note 2 competes fiercely with a newer device like the G pro. I did not regret buying this Note 2. This is a pioneer phablet and Samsung has always been very good in bringing updates on their flagship devices.

Well Note 2 is getting 4.2.2 and 5.0 soon. G pro will get them in 2014 - 2015.
Also no multi view and smart stay on such a device is a totally deal breaker. Sure Optimus G Pro has better specs but that's all. Nothing innovative.

I have note 2 and got 4 updates till date.. how many does LG give? I also have split screen and s pen.. why does every one making 5 inch phone thinks they are making note killer? screen size apart where are productivity options?

Gorilla Glass 2 is listed one of the item on Note 2.
Does that mean that LG Optimus G Pro does not use Gorilla Glass for its display ?

Note3 will come about same time lg hits the markit ! so its an epic failure for lg to try to beat a 2012 device. nice try

I think for the g pro a high chip set is too much but the screen is nice,and the 13mp might be over the top the competiton is making them do too much all of these phones coming a month after eachother its crazy. For the note 2 i dislike how pixelized and digitized everything looks on super amoled.

I really like amoled hd screen on my note 2 .It is superb with high contrast and rich colours.

David, 22 Mar 2013Super amoled hd is far better than that LG screen .Well, this is the exact reason why I stay away from Samsung; for me, I just cant stand Amoled screen. Subjectively, it looks really ugly to me. I have been using LG smartphones from P970, L7 to P880 because of their NOVA or IPS screen.
