I got it as a loaner phone when my blackberry was getting fixed. Definitely a major upgrade from my blackberry, but it had a few problems. First, the multitasking. I didn't understand what they meant at first by no multitasking, but it most definitely shows when you want to send an email but not exit your game. Second, all of the buttons are way too sensitive. You will press the search button, the lock button, the camera button and the back button multiple times without meaning to because they are just too sensitive. The range of apps is much better than my blackberry's, but still, most of them are knock offs of the Iphones. It has no built in file storage system, which is a major flaw.
