well, samsung was out pretty early with the wp7 OS. nokia are way behind here.. this is not a copy of anything nokia, also since this handset was planned before the lumia series. i have this phone (well, omnia W, but it's the same phone) and i must say im'm really impressed with the phone, not a single problem so far.
