losta, 01 Aug 2012i've installed kies and the samsung usb driver but somehow ... moreWhen u have the phone pluged into ur computer turn it off, once it is fully off if the phone does not start to charge slightly touch the powe button it would show the charging icon , when it shows this fully turn on the phone by pressing the power button till the phone reacts n turn on from there ur computer would load all drivers & the usb icon on the phone will pop up from there ur kies would see ur phone.

having problems with the texting, all of the sudden my texting got all funny, when my friends reply i have to scroll to the top of their conversations to read their reply or their reply show up somewhere in the middle of the conversation, I've tried turning the phone off and on more than ten times, and have taking the battery out about ten times and still the problem continues, has anyone had this problem or know how to fix it? I haven't even had the phone for two months and so far i am not pleased with the phone

My Samsung Galaxy 551 stopped working for me today, I barely had it for barely 3 months, I have no idea why it will not turn on, I have tried taking the battery out then putting it back in, left it for like 3 hours when it was off, everything, it just will not turn on.
