I'm using it for 2 years and half and everything is perfect. The latest update today. Ok, thank you Samsung for my phone a6.

I've been using this phone for almost 2 years now. All I can say is I'm happy with it. I don't know if J have to upgrade since 5G became a thing. Decent camera, audio speaker and headphone excellent with or withput Dolby Armos turned off it's still has very nice output. Call is very clear on both user and caller ends.
But with the recent promos on December 12 (12.12) I'm planning for upgrade. But with the recent flagship having this plastic bodies, and removing headphone jacks and removing FM radio. I think I'm gonna stick with my A6 for a little longer.
A6 having it's full aluminum body and frame, FM radio built in, and decent Android 10, with OneUI 2.0 I'm not sure if I'm going to buy a new phone this christmas as a gift for myself. But boy I want to try the Samsung Dex feature with those flagship phones, I'm pretty confused right now.

Have this phone for 2 years now and its still working fine. Android 10 was released some time ago which is nice, dropped it at least 10 Times and no issues with the flip wallet, camera is ok for the price and age, battery holds a day easily and with power saving mode the last 10% will hold quite some time,

I'd been using it for a good year a half and everything was perfect. Then the latest update came on 6 August and and issue appeared-every 2-3 days it restarts on it's own no matter what I'm doing. This is what happens-i'm doing something on it, then the screen shuts off, the SAMSUNG name appears as if you're turning it on, then it stays that way for 10-15 minutes, after that it turns on. It has happened 3 times at most so far in a single day. I thought resetting my data would erase the problem but the next day the same happened. It's 8:30 now, restarted an hour ago and I'm guaranteeing it's going to happen again by 1PM. I guess I'll have it checked out by the ITs. Anyone has the same problem?

I had the phone for 1 1/2 yrs and it worked great. Recently it has poor quality. I cannot hear well on it and the person I talk with cannot hear me. I have contacted att several times and it gets better a day or so then is back poor quality. Has anyone a solution?

I have been using this phone for years and still performing like a brand new one until this day. Never had any problems on this ever since. Camera is great as well so I disagree on you everything.

Worst mobile phone I have ever owned. No kidding! Cheap, nasty phone which has had never worked properly. Camera less than average compared to most basic phones. Poor graphics, sound, reception you name it. I was really disappointed having owned a Samsung previously several years ago which functioned much better than this model. Most recent phone prior to this was a Sony Experia which was far superior. In short, would I have had this phone if I knew how it would perform? No. Would I have a Samsung again? Probably no based on the A6.

I've been using this for years now, and it's the best. The camera is impeccable, Iphone 11 won't even match. I swear! Best buy!
