what about games with this device i didn't find any vedio of gaming on youtube ,and does it has a tricks like s3 mini like pop up play or make the phone silent by but it on face ?

is ace3 good for games can it play supway surfer without lag for example plz and if it have tricks from mini s3 like pop up play and the other tricks ?

Ive no idea who would buy this instead of S3 mini ... its better than this with Amoled screen and Mali400 gpu and also cheaper!!
Its just a failure until it costs 200$

Hey... u all r saying abut video playback right.... well i jst waana tell u dat sony xperia m (rs 12,220) can play 1080p videos without lag.... and samsung galaxy ace 3(rs 11,000) can only play 720p videos
also sony xperia comes with DLNA support... its resolution is high...
also it ha 21.1 mbps downloading speed...
compared to ace 3 which has 14.4 mbps
so if u can spend 1K more ... den i suggest go for sony xperia m....
but for cost effictive persons ... iwill suggest plz go for samsung galaxy ace 3.... its a nice phone...

hututu, 14 Aug 2013No word yet as to when this would be coming to India. Samsu... moreyea, it's the same situation here in Pakistan also. I've been eagerly waiting for ace 3, can't wait too long. They've introduced this galaxy core here, n that phone sucks as compared to ace 3 specs wise, except the screen size, which doesn't really matter for me. Ace 3 is much better, but i dont think it will be brought to india/pak just like ace 2.
I wonder long will it take them to ship the phones here. I was expecting that its dual-sim variant will be introduced here as well.

sw mode uses cpu,other codecs for video playback
galaxy core doesn't play 720p videos in hw mode(stock player) and plays them in sw mode (using mx player for example), but not very smooth because its cpu is weak
to sum up, don't buy galaxy core if u want smooth 720p video playback
