You can root your gts6012 android 4.0.4 with 'cydia root impactor' software for pc.
if u r using android 4.1.2 then you can root with 'Bin4ry Method' app for pc..
you can getthe orginal android 4.0 to 4.1.2 flash files from 'mrcrab' website..u can flash this with 'odin' app for pc.in odin click pda and select flash file..(must check autoreboot and ftime reset) in odin..
u can install custom rom and cwm 6.05 for ur gts6012
available custom roms are:
cm 10.1 -android 4.2
cm11- android 4.4 kitkat
..
u can get this from the site xda by search it in google

first you need to install jelly bean rom
